Welcome to Willard School!

It is an honor to be the Principal of such a special school! Our teachers, staff, parents and of course, our students, work together to make Willard a positive and dynamic learning environment. In 2012 - 2013, Willard was named a National Blue Ribbon School, an award of which we are all very proud. 

I have spent most of my professional career in Ridgewood Public Schools. Before arriving at Willard in 2014, I was an Assistant Principal for seven years at George Washington Middle School. Prior to that, I taught grades 3 and 5 at Somerville School. I have loved all of my experiences, and am grateful to be able to say I look forward to coming to Willard every single day to work with such a talented staff and amazing children.

Willard School, built in 1926, is the oldest elementary school in Ridgewood with approximately 450 students in grades K-5.  Working together, the staff, students and parents have built Willard into a dynamic, energetic place to learn and grow.
