GW Summer Reading Expectations

Ridgewood Middle School students are expected to READ over the summer.  Our expectation is that you will read at least three (3) books.  In September, be prepared to share and reflect on your reading experiences with teachers and other students.  You can read any titles that you choose, but do keep track of your reading on our summer reading log and bring it to your new English teacher in September.

Virtual Author Visit with Stuart Gibbs on Sept 29!

Stuart Gibbs will visit virtually with all students at GW on Monday, September 29th in advance of the launch of his newest addition to the Spy School series, Spy School Blackout. We will be receiving preordered copies and signed bookplates immediately after its publication date on October 7th.  

Author visits are a wonderful opportunity for young readers, writers, and artists to meet the creators of the books they read.  Consider extending this learning experience through the purchase of an autographed book.  A percentage of the sales will benefit our HSA.
